The interclub dates for 2009 are .....

Sunday January 18th @ 1pm

Sunday November 15th @ 1pm

If you are another gym or club please feel free to come along and get involved, we have a no win no loss policy on all bouts and insist that all competitiors show respect at all times. Full interclub rules are below as a download.

Fighters are all matched equally according to experince, ability and weight. It is open to males and females as well as juniors of all ages.



All entrants from DKJ and other clubs must be in at least 7 days prior to the Interclub date.
