SPARRING CLINIC
It isn't just about the fight you know! An indepth look sparring and competing
All styles will be looked into, game plans assesed and most of all, some good old fashioned sparring!

JUNIORS KICKBOXING
5 - 15 years
Combining fitness with fun is the key nowadays. We know we are competing against a playstation! These classes are great for weight loss, boosting self esteem and confidence and our Anti Bullying program is always a hit with kids and parents. The children will learn to use hands, legs and knees effectively. Gain the fitness, flexibility and skill needed to apply them properly. Grade to black belt, compete in non contact competitions and gain levels of self confidence that helps them with everything they need to deal with in life.
ADULT K1 KICKBOXING
From beginners to black belt, our facilites are large enough to split classes and with the help of Assistant Instructors and high graded students we make sure everyone gets the most out of these classes.
OPEN SESSIONS
Exactly just that. An open session, come and practise your grading techniques. Get some extra sparring practice in. Or just come and do some bag and pad work. Open to all, regardless of which class you normally attend.
