Womens Kickboxing

These classes are structured specifically to give an intense workout, after time you will see a significant change in your bodies tone, weight loss and not to mention the self confidence boost!

All classes are over seen by a qualified instructor, who will be able to offer advice and give guidance on technique, motivate you and most of all inspire you to give it your best!

The session structure will vary weekly to make sure the training keeps you wanting more ! The classes are not restricted by age, size, fitness or anything else! Just come along and enjoy the class to your pace and level.

These classes have limited places so make sure you attend regularly to keep yours.
